What other models can I get parts from that will work on my 75 Catalina 4-door? Been hell trying to find just basic stuff. How similar are the interior stuff to like the Olds and Buick?

Welcome to the site! Some of us are here from the Gbodyforum and will be somewhat unfamiliar with the B body line. Depending on what parts your thinking of, some will likely carry over. However with the Gbody stuff each car line seemed to have there own trim levels/options and so on and will bolt in and can be made to function well.
