I don't know if a 99 Chevy 350 has the same bolt pattern/motor mount requirements that a 350 from the early 80's had. If it does, a great many B Body's (77-85) had chevy V8 engine options and i know there weren't frame differences depending on which engine was optioned. So if the motor mounts for a Chevy 350 in 99 were the same as the motor mounts for a Chevy 350 in say 1979, just look up a B Body that could have come with Chevy V8 vs an Olds V8 and select the Chevy application. The frame will accept either mount.
In 1979 VIN code L was a Chevy 350 V8, and VIN code R was an Olds 350 V8. What I don't know is if the Chevy 350 used to same mounts in 99 as it did in the early 80's. I'm guessing that it probably did use the same mount, but the 5.3ltr not so much. That's not much help, but you know what I know now. :)
Peace

Motor mounts all the same throughout Gen 1 SBC years with exception of early 55 to mid sixties. Bolt holes the same, just used a different mount style that liked to break a lot.

Olds is different and most likely the holes are already drilled in the frame. 1984 would be GM "corporate" engines which is Chevy 305, should be Vin H. You just need the mounts for the 305 (2 pieces each side) and the 350 will drop in.

By 1984 the La Sabre would be...

Engines................................
Buick 231
Olds Diesel (350 DX block)
Olds 307
Chevy 305

Transmissions...........................
TH200C ... Common including the wagon, (they didn't last long)
TH250C ... Very rare for A and B Body, common for G Body
TH350C ... Common. With 2.73 and 3.08 Rear
TH2004R ... Most Common and with 2.23 ... 2.73 Rear

All are interchangeable

Do not know about chevy fram padsfor your car. The olds pads on your buick fit the following
The parts book shows that the 1977 cars actually use the same frame pads as the 1977-90 B/C body cars and the 1978-88 A/G body cars. Note that they are RH/LH. And no matter which Olds motor you are using, If chevy did the same that opens uo a lot more door options, My parts books are in packed up to move or I woulsd look that up

Please chime in if any of this helps.

I have an 89 Olds wagon and just about guarantee the frame very close or same as yours. GM didn't change much when they can build multiple units across multiple sales lines. All of these were mass produced using same or very similar tooling.
